HS Family & Consumer Science students are in their Foods Unit. They have been baking muffins, chocolate chip cookies and making pizzas! They will use almost every piece of equipment in the kitchen during this unit and an added bonus...they get to eat their final products. Go Ducks!

Reminder...this afternoon and evening will be another JH cheer workshop in preparation for the JH cheer tryouts later this week. Workshop time will be from 5:00-6:30 PM at the Havana Junior High School. Also, due to the low number of participants at our first tryout yesterday, JH cheer will again allow next year’s 6th-grade students (current 5th-grade students) the opportunity to try out as we have done in the past. Those students interested need to come by the JH office today to grab a packet, as well as attend the cheer workshops, in preparation for the tryout on Friday.
