Havana High School is proud to announce that seven students from the graduating Class of 2026 have been recognized as Illinois State Scholars!

Advanced Biology students visited the Jake Wolf Memorial Fish Hatchery this morning. The students got a behind the scenes look at the hatchery, the work that goes on there, and learned about the wide array of career opportunities this facility provides in our area. Go Ducks!

This is the current view from behind Mr. Foster's desk. Keep the canned goods and non-perishable items coming for the high school's Food-raiser! All donated items will go to our local food pantry.

The Foods students made a variety of pizzas. They did a no yeast pizza crust, then a crust made with yeast, a BBQ chicken, taco, cheese and pepperoni and even a dessert pizza. Students got creative and made a stuffed crust pizza for their cast iron skillet. Every pizza was delicious! Go Ducks!

FCA Members helped with the Pack A Backpack Program last week. These students helped unload dozens of boxes, organized snacks, packed 100's of bags and then cleaned up. We appreciate their help and smiles. Go Ducks!

Havana High School is holding a "food raiser" through Tuesday, November 25. The goal is to fill Mr. Fosters office with non-perishable food items that will be donated to the local food pantry. Get those items in so he has nowhere to work!
