Just a reminder to all student-athletes that you must have a physical on file before being allowed to participate in a school sponsored sport. Make sure and get your physicals scheduled and completed so you are good to go this year. Go Ducks!

Due to the cancellation of many parades for marching band in the state of Illinois, it is with regret that band camp, which was scheduled for Monday, July 27-Wednesday, July 29, has been cancelled for this year.

The Havana School District is excited to welcome Mrs. Amanda Wiegers as our new Band director! The picture below is a message from Mrs. Wiegers. Please view the picture as it contains contact information and some important dates for HS Band camp later this summer. Go Ducks!

High school workouts have been cancelled for today, Tuesday, due to potential bad weather. Workouts with resume at their normal scheduled time on Thursday. Go Ducks!

Running Club is cancelled for today, June 30th, due to potential incoming rain and storms.

Havana Junior High School Cheer tryouts have been scheduled for Friday, July 17th at 6:00 PM. Workshops have also been scheduled to prepare for tryouts on Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17. Attending a minimum of three workshops is required to try out. One may sign up for workshops using this link:

To 2020 seniors & parents, There are a lot of scams out there to get money from you. If we had nominated your student for a national award, then l would contact the parent & the student. Scam organizations send certificates & then ask for money. Be careful, true awards are free!
