Ducks fall short in the Fulton County championship game to the Canton Little Giants with a final score of 61-51. The Farmington Farmers finish third place with their win over North Fulton. Lewistown beat South Fulton in the first game of the night. Great tourney by all teams!
The final night of the varsity boys basketball Fulton County Tournament will be this evening at Havana High School. Lewistown plays South Fulton at 4:30 PM, Farmington against North Fulton at 6 PM, and the Ducks play Canton for the county championship at 7:30 PM. Go Ducks!

Havana Junior High wrapped up this years Coin Wars and totaled over $1,100 in raised funds to the McDaniel Family. We are so proud of our student body and staff for stepping up in a big way to help a member of our Duck Family! HJH met their goals above and beyond, so Ms. Hofreiter, Mr. Brady and Mrs. Lee all received a pie in the face today! Go Ducks!
Congratulations to 4th grader Hailey Thomas! Her artwork was chosen for the Mason County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee T-Shirt Contest! The theme was Corn Showdown! Every 4th grade student received a shirt with Hailey's drawing from the Farm Bureau. Congrats, Hailey!

Today, the students in Advanced Biology completed a starfish dissection. Starfish belong to a unique group of marine animals known as echinoderms, and the students enjoyed observing them first hand. Go Ducks!

On Tuesday, November 12, students and staff at New Central welcomed nearly 40 area Veterans for their annual Veterans Day celebration. Students sang several songs, read poems, and gave each veteran cards and notes. Each veteran introduced themselves and told where and when they were stationed. We are so proud of our local veterans!!
