Junior High Cross Country starts tomorrow, August 4! Practice will be from 8:00-9:00 A.M. at the pavilion by the nature center (across from the campground) down at the river. See you all then! Go Ducks!

Band camp will be held August 4 through August 8 from 7:00am-11:00am at the high school. All marching band members and flag team members are expected to attend.

JHGSB will have a parent meeting 07-28-25 at 6:30pm in the junior high cafeteria. Any parent not able to attend can contact Coach Showalter or Coach West to discuss what was missed.
Practice for 07-28-25 and 07-29-25 are cancelled and we will begin on 07-30-25 at 4:15pm.
The Havana High School Football Camp will begin tomorrow night and run from Monday, July 28 through Thursday, July 31. Camp sessions will take place each evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
All students interested in playing football this upcoming season are encouraged to attend.

Hello All! The District has made a decision to provide a banner for each senior athlete that will be displayed at the fields/gymnasium. Hopefully this makes the process easier and affordable for all of the participating senior athletes.
All senior athletes and other organizations that are usually recognized on athletic senior nights will receive a banner and the cost will be covered by the school. There will be (1) one banner that will represent ALL sports that the athlete is involved in instead of a different banner for each sport.
For example, if an athlete competes in volleyball, basketball and softball, they can have any combination of jerseys or balls and bats in the picture with them. This is similar to other districts in our area. Football, Band, Dance and Cheer can display theirs at the football field as we have done in the past and then we'll bring them inside and display them in the gym as we did last year.
We are currently working on scheduling the picture times and dates. The pictures will be taken when school starts so that uniforms and other equipment is available.
