Dickson Mounds educator Mr. Kotewa came to teach a special lesson to the 5th graders today. He will be coming twice a month to teach a social studies lesson and bringing Dickson Mounds artifacts!

Miss Thomas’ class focused on textual evidence (RI 6.1) this week. After working with a piece of literature focused on tsunamis, the students took the knowledge and applied it to a real-world scenario. They did a GREAT JOB working on their STEM projects!
