
Congratulations to two High School Wrestlers for earning their 100th wins last night. The wins came in on a big night for Blake Cagle and Blayk Reed.
Cagle defeated the #9 ranked kid in 2a.
Reed dominated with two first round pins and a forfeit.

High School Wrestling (21-2) added two wins and a loss last night. The two wins were over Quincy and Camp Point and the loss came from (2a) #7 Rock Island.
Next up is a quad at PORTA tomorrow morning.

HS baseball hosts conference rival Lewistown this afternoon for a varsity ONLY contest. Game starts at 4:00 PM. Lewistown will be the home team on the scoreboard since the game was originally scheduled to be in Lewistown this year. Go Ducks!

HS track and field heads to Rushville for the Rob Garcia Invite this afternoon. Track meet starts at 4:00 PM. Go Ducks!

HS Softball travels to Brown County this afternoon for a varsity ONLY game. First pitch is set for 4:00 PM. Good luck HS softball girls!

HS Boys Baseball takes on Peoria Heights today for both a varsity and JV game. The varsity game starts at 4:00 PM and the JV game follows. Before the start of the varsity game, the senior baseball players will be announced and recognized. Good luck HS boys baseball!

Havana Ducks youth boys basketball camp is scheduled for June 7th-10th at Havana High School. Boys entering 3rd-5th grades next year from 8:00-9:45 AM and those entering 6th-8th grade from 10:15-12:00. Any questions contact head coach Tyler Southwood at tsouthwood2@havana126.net

One other note on the JH wrestling match tonight in Lincoln. Unfortunately, Lincoln is not allowing visiting spectators and fans for the meet tonight.

JH Wrestling wraps up their season tonight with a trip to Lincoln for a triangular meet. Meet starts at 5:00 PM and will be held at Central Elementary School in Lincoln. Good luck to our JH wrestling in their final match of the year!

High School Wrestling (19-1) defeated Granite City 66-18 and lost to Civic Memorial 15-60.
Thursday we will travel to Quincy and face Rock Island and Quincy.
