STEM Balloon Towers were a success in Computer Apps today! Alexis, MacKenzie and Natalie towered over the others for the victory even though Maddie tried to buy extra materials for her "Dad" team, including Kyli and Joshka, from the class entrepreneurs, Ryan and Lucca. (Rules to be revamped for the 2023 competition.) Savannah and Hannah were strong contenders working right up to the bell.
Congrats to the HS Lady Ducks softball team on winning the Hometown Heroes of the Week award from FM95 out of Galesburg! The girls were presented their plaque today before boarding the bus for a game at Illini West! Go Ducks!
Students at New Central lined the halls to welcome and congratulate the Havana High School graduating class of 2022. Led by 4th graders Laikyn Showalter and Lane Troxell, the processional traveled through all grade levels so that students could high five and cheer for the seniors. Best of luck Class of 2022!

HS boys basketball camp will be May 31-June 2 from 3-5 PM at Havana High School for all boys considering playing basketball next season at the HS level. This camp will be used to prepare basketball players for the summer contact days. No cost to attend camp. Go Ducks!
