Congratulations to our top two fundraisers for our American Heart Challenge!
The American Heart Challenge is a service-learning program that gives middle and high school students the opportunity to feel good, while doing good. It's a way for you to better your life — all while changing someone else's.
Many of our JH students learned about hands only CPR, committed to a daily challenge, participated in brain booster activities with their teachers, culminating in a fun game of teachers vs students nitroball!

Fourth grade students celebrated Read Across America by inviting the first graders into their classrooms. They were able to “travel” to the different regions of the US and listen to fairy tales from that region.

New Central students line Pearl St on a beautiful day to watch band practice. The HHS marching band performed a new piece with an Irish flair in preparation for their upcoming St. Patrick's Day Parade. Go Band! Go Flags! Go Ducks!






The annual Havana 6th-grade boys basketball tournament continues tonight at the Havana Junior High School. Games will be played at 5 PM, 6:15 PM, and 7:30 PM. The Ducks 6th grade boys team plays against Farmington in the championship game at 7:30 PM. Go Ducks!
