The HHS cross country team ran their first meet of the year at Farmington this afternoon. Everyone braved the hot conditions for a successful first race. Earning a medal for the Ducks was Tristen Slavik who finished 7th in the JV race. Go Ducks!
The Havana Invite(junior high )Cross Country meet will be held at Veterans Park and will begin at 4:00 for the girls race. The boys race will start after the last girl finisher. There will be concessions available. Come on out and support these runners. Go Ducks!

Fingers crossed this will be the last day of the extreme temperatures and we can return to a more normal August! To help keep students cool on the bus, today, there will be water available.. We are also making sure the windows are down prior to the route to help circulate some of the hot air. If you are able to make arrangements for picking your child up today, that would be helpful in shortening the length of routes for some of our students. Thank you.

Mighty Ducks had a successful day at bowling regionals! Congratulations to all of our of our Special Olympics athletes who brought home a total of 4 ribbons and 7 medals. Caleb Blakely and Samantha Redd will advance on to sectionals in November. Way to go Mighty Ducks 🎳🦆
Havana Junior High Cross Country home meet on Monday, August 26 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 28 at 4:00.
