Just a reminder...IHSA boys baseball regionals have been scheduled. The Ducks will open regional play on Monday, May 13th, at 4:30 PM at home in a regional quarterfinal game against Illini Central. Winner moves on to Delavan for the rest of regionals. See attached for more information. Go Ducks!
Just a reminder...IHSA girls softball regionals have been posted. The Ducks will host regionals starting Tuesday, May 14th, through Friday, May 17th. The Ducks open regional play on Wednesday, May 15th, at 4:30 PM against West Prairie. See attached for the full regional schedule. Go Ducks!
Havana boys basketball youth camp is May 28-31 for boys entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades next year. Cost is $15. Forms can be turned into the HJHS office or the New Central Elementary school office and should be turned in by May 21st in order to receive a camp t-shirt. 2nd graders took a step back in time today and enjoyed a trip to Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site. They were also treated to ice cream at The Railsplitter, courtesy of the New Central PTO.

HS boys baseball at Astoria against South Fulton scheduled for today, Tuesday, 5/7, has been canceled due to wet field conditions. The game will now be played tomorrow, Wednesday, 5/8, at Astoria starting at 4:30 PM. It will be a varsity-only contest. Baseball will practice after school today. Go Ducks!
