October 1st was World Day of Bullying Prevention. Awareness activities at the junior high included a Mix-It-Up lunch and Becky Sisson, Mason-Fulton County Public Education Coordinator, presenting bullying information.

Lady Ducks GBB had a good night Thursday, 7/8 both won over Athens, 6th grade had a victory over Astoria and 5th grade faught hard but lost by 2. Both teams play again Sat here in Havana. 6th grade tourn at the JH games start at 10 and 7/8 play at HS starting at10.
