-The NC Spring Concerts will be held on Thursday, April 16 in the Havana High School Gymnasium.
-The Kindergarten-2nd Grade Concert will begin at 6:00pm.

Final Instructions for Junior High Music Students on opportunity to perform at High School Basketball Game on Friday, February 7.
Make sure you take any music, instruments, equipment that you need home with you after school on Friday, February 7. You will get into the game free. Your parents will need to pay (unless they have a pass).
Coats and cases can be put in the upstairs hallway by the band room. Do not put anything in the high school band room. It will be locked by the time the game is over.
Do not leave instruments unattended in the bleachers. Put them in cases. Do not play instruments during the game. Stay off the basketball floor during the game.
Band students will rehearse in the south bleachers of the high school gym at 5:45. This rehearsal needs to start at 5:45 because it needs to be over by the time the junior varsity game starts at 6:00. 6th- 8th grade Chorus students will rehearse the Star Spangled Banner with Mrs. Oest in the high school cafeteria at 6:00. 6th-8th grade students can both play in the band and sing with the chorus.
Students should make sure that they take anything home after the game that they bring to the high school. Don’t leave anything in bleachers or upstairs hall after the game. Plan on going to meet your parents as soon as you are finished playing/singing. This is a great opportunity for our junior high music students.
McGrew’s Ducks have created a flag that will be sent to Willow, Alaska for the official start of the Iditarod. The flag will also get an honorary ride with a dog team! Excited!
Lady Ducks loose a close one tonight @ Illini West. 52-49. Ducks started slow down 12 after one to take the lead @ half and continued to lead by 12 at the end of 3rd. Ducks gave up 22 in fourth 12 of those on free throws. We will do better. Go ducks!

The JH Wrestling Meet scheduled for 2/25 will now be on Tuesday, 2/18, 5:30pm start at the Park District Gym.
HS Scholastic Bowl, scheduled for today in Bushnell, has been postponed to Thursday, 2/20 at Bushnell, 4:30pm start. HS Schobo hosts the Prairieland South Meet next Thursday, 2/13 at HHS, 4:30pm start.
