On Friday night, #IHSA schools throughout Illinois will turn on their lights as a part of #LightsForTheFight to show support for their senior students, as well as for all the healthcare workers, first responders, & all other essential workers on the frontlines of the pandemic. The lights will be lit on our Football field from 8-8:20pm tomorrow night. People are more than welcome to drive by and experience this salute, but please stay in your vehicles and keep doing your part to social-distance. Go Ducks!

This is a message from the Havana Junior High School. We hope all of you are doing well and keeping up with your studies. Please keep in contact with your teachers in order to know when homework is due. Students who received paper packets, due to internet issues, need to make sure they turn in their materials tomorrow at the designated food stops, New Central food pick-up, or in the bin by the Junior High Office. Seniors: Five new local scholarships have been added to https://awherleyhhsguidance.weebly.com/scholarships.html (Optimist Club, Rotary Club, and New Beginnings Scholarships). Completed applications may be turned in to the high school or district offices.
Meal delivery will continue as usual on Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13. There will be no packet delivery on these dates. Packet delivery will continue on Tuesday, April 14. Please check with teachers to see if your student needs a learning packet. Also, when returning work to school, make sure the student's first and last name as well as the teacher name is labeled. Thank you!
