A gas line was hit near New Central Elementary. The school was told to evacuate as a precaution until the gas is shut off. All students and staff have been evacuated to the River Front Park at this time. No worries, we just want to make everyone aware of the situation. MP

Students in Mrs. Heye's class used a baking soda and water solution to draw or write a secret message. They used a blackberry to color over their message. This caused a chemical change and showed their image in a different color. Neat stuff! Go Ducks!

JH CC ran a great last home meet of the season today. Deagan Brown won the boys race with a time of 12:06 and Jack Curless took 3rd with 12:46. Karlie Hurst got 2nd in the girls race with 14:26 and Maggie French came in 3rd with 15:24. Great job to all the runners!
