Junior High Girls Volleyball travels to Ashland tonight for 7th and 8th grade volleyball matches against AC-Central. 7th grade match starts at 6:00 PM and 8th grade match will follow. Some other results from last night's games besides HS boys basketball included the 5th/6th grade boys with a win over North Fulton 25-18. Hs Lady Ducks girls basketball came up just short at Quincy Notre Dame.

Parents/Guardians of New Central students are reminded that school starts at 7:50 a.m. at the elementary school. We have too many students being dropped off after 7:50. The doors open at 7:30 and, today, the drop off line was done by 7:45. Also, students are not to be dropped off at the intersections on Pearl St. in front of the school. The drop off area on High St. is a safe place for students to exit cars and is always done by 7:50. If you need to be on your way early, please get in line early. Thank you for keeping our students safe!

Karac Henderson and Adam Bohm received Prairieland All-Conference recognition today for high school Scholastic Bowl based on the number of tossups answered during conference matches this season. Karac received first-team honors with 71 tossups answered and Adam received second-team honors with 62 tossups answered. Congrats Karac and Adam! Go Ducks!
