All high school athletesâĤsummer strength and conditioning workouts begin tomorrow for all athletes that are incoming freshman or those older high school athletes that are not currently still involved in a spring sport. Workouts are from 9-11 AM this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Meet in the high school fitness center at the back doors of the high school building. Please bring a mask for those workouts that are inside in the fitness center. Bring your own water and towel if needed. Great opportunity to get better! Go Ducks!
Havana High School boys basketball youth camp starts tomorrow morning. Boys entering grades 3rd-5th is from 8:00-9:45 AM followed by camp for boys entering grades 6th-8th from 10:15-NOON. Camp is at the high school gym. All participants should bring a mask to wear at camp

The Girls Varsity Track Team had an excellent day at the Tremont Sectional today. All athletes posted Personal Best performances in multiple events and/or finished first or second in their event to advance to the State Track Meet. The team (7 Girls) placed 4th overall out of 15 teams. Advancing to next week's State Track meet are Angel Cleer (High Jump), Kalei McDaniel (3200m Run) and Krista Koke (800m Run). Great Job Girls!!
