In Biology today, students carried out a lab activity that allowed them to extract DNA from a strawberry. It was a great experience for everyone involved. Go Ducks!
HS boys basketball game update...unfortunately, Midwest Central will be unable to play this Saturday, 12/4. However, the Ducks will now be playing a new opponent, Illini Bluffs. JV game will still start at 5 PM on Saturday, 12/4, with the varsity game to follow.

HS Wrestling finished the JV tournament 12th out of 31 teams.
In the 145 bracket Cj Welbourne placed is 6th.
In the 152 B bracket Ian Gilrath's place is 2nd.

HS boys basketball beats South Fulton 58-28 in the final game of the Fulton County tournament. Ducks finish the tournament 2-2 overall. Congrats to Wandel Campana on being voted to the all-tournament team. Go Ducks!
JV boys basketball loses their first game against Canton but wins their second game against North Fulton in the JV Fulton County tournament. They now play Wednesday night, 12/1, at 5 PM against Lewistown for the consolation championship. Go Ducks!

Just a reminder that the originally scheduled JV girls basketball round robin games at Havana on Saturday, 11/27, have been cancelled and will not be made up
Tomorrow, 11/27, the HS JV boys basketball team opens their season at 9 AM at Canton High School in the Fulton County tournament. The first game of the day will be played at the South Gym at Canton High School against Canton's freshmen team. The JV team will also play a game at NOON. We also want to make people aware that unfortunately there will NOT be a concession stand available at the tournament due to lack of game help in Canton. Good luck to the JV boys basketball team tomorrow!
On Monday, 11/29, the HS girls basketball game at Athens will begin with the varsity game being played FIRST at 6 PM followed by the JV game afterwards due to low participation numbers for both programs.
