🏃♀️HS Track & Field🏃♀️ had the Illinois Top Times Meet (commonly known as Indoor State).
Kasyn had a thrilling race in the 3️⃣2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ meter where there was a pack of three in front and a pack of 4 not far after. Kasyn, in the pack of 4, had an excellent kick and was able to solidify a 5th place finish. 6th place finished .01 of a second behind Kasyn. Truly a finish and race to be proud of. A combination of tenacity and grit. The indoor record is improved to 1️⃣1️⃣:2️⃣0️⃣.8️⃣6️⃣ until next year.
March Madness Week at HHS was a huge success! All food items collected this week will be delivered to our local food pantry 💚 Winners of the Big Duck Shoot Out were Lukas Miller, Jenna Brooks and Carson Tyler! Drawing winners were Bella Young and Sophie Stephens! 💰 If our Big Duck Shoot Out didn't "get your head in the game", then we're not sure what will. WAIT! Actually we do! High school Musical is happening tonight at 7pm and tomorrow at 2pm and 7pm! Ducks- We're all in this together! 🏀 🦆

TONIGHT IS OPENING NIGHT!! Tickets are available at the door. Doors open at 6:00pm. The show begins at 7:00pm. The HHS Drama Club has worked so hard to prepare for this weekend. We hope to see you there!!

We had 8️⃣ PRs & plenty of good first times for the new runners/freshmen.
Big shout out to Carter Henderson, a senior who cut 2.6 seconds off his 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣m time from last year.
Dylan Yocum, also a senior, added half an inch to his shot put best and ran half a second faster on the 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. Stronger and faster 😤😤.

Heat sheets are building! April 11th is the day of the fundraiser. Remember- you don't need to be fast or in shape, you just gotta support the program. As long as you complete the event in less than half an hour, you're golden. There is still lots of time to sign up.
