Melvin Fornoff and Gavin Southwood read all 20 Blue Stem books this spring. As part of the Blue Stem 20 Club they were treated to lunch at McDonald's, ice cream at Peaches, and some playtime at Riverfront Park. Great job!
Audree McCorkle and Davis Snedeker were honored at the Central Illinois Valley Region of the Illinois Principals Association student recognition breakfast. Nine 4th grade students were nominated by their teachers and two students were selected by the entire NC staff. Congratulations to Audree and Davis!
