Mrs. Heye's class wrote Haiku poems. She submitted them into a contest. Kyleigh, Kenzie, Aerial, Jaxon, Payton, Allyson,& Madison's poems were selected for the 2017 Young American Poetry Digest.
The NC Scholastic Book Fair hours were incorrect on a previous post. The book fair will be held on Thursday, April 27th from 5-7pm.

With the 4th grade magic show coming up, Isaiah Bowers came in to give all the 4th grade classes a demonstration.
By dressing like a PE teacher today, HHS teachers and staffs are showing support of St. Jude and Mrs. Brooks and Mrs. Bonnett who are runners in the St. Jude Run.
Sgt. Weller and Sgt Reel are at HHS teaching self defense to the high school PE classes today :)
