New Central is taking up a collection for disaster relief for the people in Texas. Students are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items, paper products, school supplies, etc. Items will be picked up Friday.

Junior High school students are encouraged to bring in items for those who were affected by Hurricane Harvey. Supplies will be picked up here at the junior high on September 8th and shipped to Texas on September 9th. The following items are needed: baby wipes, diapers, hygiene products, non-perishable foods, paper goods, first aid products, trash bags, work gloves, cleaning supplies, and pet food.
