Havana hosts the 7th grade girls Fulton County Tournament this evening. Games will be played at Havana High School. See the attached schedule for the times and teams playing each game. Havana’s 7th grade team plays Canton at 7:30 PM for the Fulton County championship! Go Ducks!

The HHS cross country team ran well this evening at their senior night meet. As the year comes to an end, we would like to say congrats to our seniors one more time.
Also, thank you to Randy Smith and the Nature Conservancy for allowing us to use the nature preserve for our race. It was a fantastic setting, and we are extremely thankful for being able to use it for our last home meet.
Finally, thank you to all of the cross country parents, guardians, and families for their support of the team this year.

JV Football defeats Macomb 20-14. Anthony Foster seals the win with an interception as time expires.
Scoring for the Ducks was Foster on a 15 yard run and Green with a pair of scores.

Just a reminder that students at New Central go outside for recess daily. Even in cold temperatures, children need fresh air and room to run. Please send students to school with coats, hats, and gloves when appropriate. If your child needs cold weather outerwear, send a message to his or her teacher. Temperatures are expected to be in the 20s tomorrow, Oct 18 and students will need to dress appropriately.
